How we guarantee the honesty of reviews on saythe.name
Real People Only
Only users signed in with Google can leave reviews. This reduces anonymous spam and mass bot reviews. Google sign-in confirms account control, but it does not prove the person actually bought from the shop. Reviews from suspicious accounts may be removed.
System Transparency
The average rating is calculated automatically based on all submitted scores. No administrator can manually change a rating or remove an unfavorable review without cause.
User Responsibility
By publishing a review, you confirm it reflects reality. Knowingly false or offensive reviews may be removed upon complaint. We reserve the right to moderate content.
Profile Information
Profile pages are automatically populated with information (avatar, name, bio, follower count) only for Business and Creator accounts on Instagram. Personal accounts are displayed with @username only, without additional information. This is a limitation of the Instagram Platform API. The administration reserves the right to refuse listing or remove a profile if it violates site rules, its content is unacceptable, or at its discretion.
