1. General Provisions
saythe.name is a platform that allows users to publish reviews about Instagram profiles. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Content Responsibility
All reviews, comments, and ratings are published exclusively by platform users. The saythe.name administration bears no responsibility whatsoever for the content of published materials. We are a technical intermediary providing access to the platform, but are not authors or editors of published content.
3. Publication Rules
It is prohibited to publish knowingly false information, offensive content, promotional materials disguised as reviews, or any content that violates the laws of Ukraine. The use of fake Google accounts to manipulate reviews is strictly prohibited.
4. Authorization
Publishing reviews requires authorization via a Google account. The administration reserves the right to remove reviews posted from suspicious or fake accounts. This allows us to minimize platform abuse.
5. Profile Moderation
The saythe.name administration reserves the right to refuse listing or remove a profile from the platform if it violates site rules, its content is unacceptable, or for other justified reasons. Such decisions may be made at the administration's discretion without prior notice.
6. Changes to Terms
The administration reserves the right to modify these terms. We will notify users of significant changes on the site.
