1. Google account users (review authors)
When you sign in to saythe.name with Google, we receive only your public name and email address. This is used to identify review authors, prevent abuse and contact you about your reviews. We do not receive your Google password and do not access Gmail or other Google services.
2. Instagram profile owners who never registered
Owners of Instagram business/creator profiles who never signed in to saythe.name do not create an account with us. We do not automatically collect their emails, phone numbers or passwords. If an owner contacts us to remove a profile or specific data shown on the profile page, we process only the information they voluntarily provide to verify ownership.
3. Public Instagram profile information on the site
The service may display public information from professional Instagram accounts, including username, name, avatar, biography and other details voluntarily published by the account owner. Data is obtained through the official Instagram Platform API. The service does not access private Instagram accounts or private messages.
4. What we do NOT do with your data
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not use it for targeted advertising. We do not track your behavior outside saythe.name. We do not store payment information. We do not read Instagram Direct, comments or other private content unless explicitly required for a separate feature with your consent.
5. Cookies
We use a minimal set of technical cookies required for sign-in sessions and site operation. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
6. Google user rights
You may ask us to delete your saythe.name account, reviews published under your Google profile, or receive a copy of stored data. Send requests to [email protected].
7. Instagram profile owner rights
A profile owner may request only full removal from saythe.name or hiding specific data on the profile page (for example a phone number or email). User reviews on saythe.name are not edited or removed at the owner’s request. The procedure is described on the “I am the profile owner” page on each profile. Contact: [email protected].

9. Moderation and profile removal
We may refuse listing or remove a profile if it violates site rules, contains unacceptable content, or upon a justified request from the owner or a third party. In such cases the profile may be hidden and blocked from being added again.
